Common questions
Why isn't a tablespoon always the same in milligrams?
A tablespoon is a fixed volume, but ingredients have different densities. Honey is heavy, so it packs about 21,300 mg per tablespoon; light cocoa powder is closer to 7,500 mg.
Can I use this for medication doses?
No. Pill and powder doses aren't measured by kitchen tablespoons, and small errors matter. Use the dosing tool that came with the medicine.
