Estimate Weight Watchers points per serving from calories, saturated fat, sugar, and protein. It reproduces the older SmartPoints and PointsPlus formulas. This is unofficial, since the current system is proprietary.

How to use
  1. Pick the formula: SmartPoints or PointsPlus.
  2. Enter calories and the relevant nutrients.

Common questions

Is this the official Weight Watchers points system?

No. It reproduces the older 2015 SmartPoints and 2010 PointsPlus formulas. The current Personal Points system is proprietary and not published.

What lowers a food's point value?

Under SmartPoints, more protein lowers points while saturated fat and sugar raise them.
